You people especially Captain Watson are a joke. Having been involved in fisheries management for 20 years and being a commercial fisherman for 40 years fishing from the bering sea to Antartica I find your actions irresponsible. Watson puts a bunch of wannabe sailers at risk for nothing more than headlines. You people whine when the Japanese throw crap at you and cry foul while your actions jeapordize the Japanese fisherman everytime you play your games. And your actions have little to no effect. You waste money from contributors while if you had it together you’d use your money in more productive ways other than putting your crew at risk. You have no business in the ocean and much less attacking fishermen. Yea I know, I’m the bastard commercial fisherman, but I’ve done more for fisheries management and elimanating shark finning than you folks will do in 10 seasons on TV. But I guess we each have our priorities and your’s is evidently sensationalizing a serious situation for the sake of ratings and getting NGO and contributors money. What is Captain Watson going to say when one of his wannabe crew members get seriously hurt or killed. Oh yea, that’s probably great for a 2 hour special. Taking that boat into an ice field is a clear indication that ratings are more important that crew safety.
